Empire Dealer Program: Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility & Certification
To qualify for the Empire Dealer Program, individuals must successfully complete the Empire Global Biz Precious Metals Mastery Course and pass the final authentication exam.
2. Independent Contractor Status
Dealers operate as independent business entities. Joining the program does not create a partnership, joint venture, or employer-employee relationship between the Dealer and Empire Global Biz.
3. Trading & Pricing
- Spot Price: All trades are based on the prevailing global spot price at the time of transaction confirmation.
- Premiums: Empire Global Biz reserves the right to adjust premiums on Empire Coins and other bullion based on market volatility.
- Settlement: All purchases from the Empire desk must be paid in full via cleared funds before the release of physical metals.
4. Authenticity Guarantee
Dealers are strictly prohibited from selling counterfeit or “plated” metals under the Empire brand name.
5. Compliance (AML/KYC)
Dealers are responsible for:
- Maintaining their own records of sale.
- Complying with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations within their specific jurisdiction.
6. Limitation of Liability
Empire Global Biz provides education and inventory access but is not liable for market losses incurred by the Dealer due to price fluctuations in the precious metals market.
